As of today, we have basically fulfilled the backorders received during the coronavirus shutdown, and will be adjusting our leadtime bank to the regular 2-3 week waiting period.

We are happy to update everyone on the current status of orders. We’ve been back in at work for a few weeks now, and are already making some great progress catching up on the order backlog. We currently anticipate that we should have all backlogged orders caught up and shipped within 5-6 weeks, if not sooner! Orders placed today should also ship during this 5-6 week time frame.

We are pleased to report that our manufacturing facility is finally back online. Over the next few weeks, we are going to focus on shipping out all orders as soon as possible.

Please note that while we are open, many of our staff have not yet been able to return to work due to travel restrictions. The staff that are currently at work will be processing orders as quickly as they can, while we wait for the others to return.

We appreciate your continued patience as we work to get as many orders shipped out as we can.

As promised, we wanted to keep everyone in the loop on how things are going on the production and shipping front.

Unfortunately, we don’t have very good news to share with you today, as it was announced that all companies in our area are to remain closed until further notice due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) scare. The bulk of our workforce are still grounded in their home towns because of travel restrictions imposed by the government, which means that they still cannot return to work even if the company was open.

According to our latest information from those on the ground, the earliest we could possibly begin operations is March 2nd, assuming there are no further restrictions.

In short, we are still unable to produce or ship out any orders, and for this, we are truly sorry. Waiting for stuff to arrive is no fun, and we understand how frustrating this can be.

While we can’t do anything to speed up government mandates, we can do something to show how sorry we are to our customers who have stuck with us during this challenging time.

From now until March 2nd, customers will receive an instant 5% discount off of their order. This automatically includes everyone who has ordered previously and has yet to receive their order. Then, beginning March 2nd, we will offer an additional 5% discount for every two weeks that elapses until your order is shipped, up to a maximum of 20%. This discount will stack with any other discounts that were applied to your order.

For example, if you place an order with us today, you will receive a 5% discount. If your order doesn’t ship until March 16th, you will receive a 10% total discount. If it doesn’t ship until March 30, you will receive a 15% discount, and so on.

To claim your discount, all you need to do is forward your order shipping notification email to showmethemoney [at], and we will issue you a PayPal refund within 5-7 business days.

Of course, if you would rather receive a full refund for your order, we can also help. Just let us know via the email above and we will process your refund.
